I did the tour down there to see the pitons, but spent the rest of my time in Castries.

I would also recommend... Couple's Negril. It is on the sunset view side of the island. Adult couples only and all inclusive. They even offer SCUBA classes and trips along with waterskiing, which a lot of resorts do not offer. The Couple's Negril is set in a cove, so the water is always calm and beautiful. Couple's Resort is my go to resort, but they are only in Jamaica. They offer more and cost less than Sandal's.

I've been to Sandal's in Negril. Highly recommended. Get a room with butler service if you can swing it.
