Tom Brady: Greatest ever?
So he now has four Super Bowls, just like Montana.

He also has the rare distinction of also winning one at the end of his career. Rarely happens to guys his age.

Also has disgusting numbers.

Difference in eras has to be considered, but it's certainly a conversation.

I feel like this year Brady did it with a weaker 53 man roster than any of the teams that Brady or Montana had previously won with. It really felt like he carried his team.

It's a team game, and there are a lot of variables that go into these ultimately subjective discussions. Brady certainly belongs in the discussion though.

Teams don't need to run the ball anymore, though. It's a passing league. We have Charles in the backfield and never win shit. The Patriots don't need elite running backs because of the system and era they play in. You used to need running backs in order to have a good passing game. Not anymore.
