I've never really understood why McDonald's gets all the heat. All fast food is shitty food, but it's not because they're putting in some sort of scary ingredients - it's because it's greasy fried food. McDonald's really isn't any different than any of the rest.

There is nothing wrong with McDonald's food when consumed in moderation and not 3 meals a day for 30 days like that dumb**** Morgan Spurlock did.

It really got rolling with that dumbass Morgan Spurlock's "Super Size Me" documentary that eventually ended up with McDonalds removing the super size option.

We are ranking levels of shit here though and McDonald's is the shit of shit. The food just tastes like poop except for the fries. I do like their fries.

If I wanted a fast food burger it's Carl's Jr or Five Guys for me. Usually if I am going fast food it's just for a burger anyway. Anyone have a recommendation for a good fast food burger?

We've got tons of them here. Two within five miles of me. It wasn't bad but not a fan of their burgers. Not sure what it was but just nothing great. Their desserts are good though. I can't remember their fries?

When I lost about 35 lbs working the factory I ate Taco Bell and McDonalds every day.

EVERY DAY.

4 grilled snack wraps from McD's or Two crunch and two soft tacos from the Bell.

The rest of the day was low carb.

Low carb + exercise + smaller meal portions= lost weight, lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure. I wish I was that healthy now.

But then I love my McRibb...
