Would You Sign Tyrann Mathieu aka The Honey Badger?
Several teams have expressed an interest in the Honey Badger.

Given his past problems with pot do you think you would give him a shot?


This story came out today:


"Former LSU cornerback Tyrann Mathieu told at least one NFL team he failed so many drug tests in college that he couldn't even remember them all, according to a report by USA Today Sports."

"An assistant coach for one team told the newspaper that when that team interviewed Mathieu, he was asked how many drug tests he failed in college."

"I quit counting at 10," Mathieu answered. "I really don't know."

He was a pretty average CB at the college level. Dude MUST play FS at the NFL to stand a chance, because he's simply not good enough at coverage to play corner. Good ball skills, great return skills. But there's not enough reward to offset the risk. And that's just speaking about him as a player. Once you add the off-the-field concerns to the picture he becomes a guy I wouldn't want any part of.
