I was a huge fan of the X-men comics growing up and was pleasantly suprised when the movies lived up to the comic books. Spiderman I & II are second along with the first Batman.

I really liked Constantine. I think people are just so sick of seeing Keanu Reeves...

'From Hell' is my current favorite comic-to-movie translation, and I have high hopes for Sin City as well.

Jessica Alba in Sin City - more or less 'work friendly'.

Watching 'kyo deeper samuri' right now...

Although I certainly hope that “Sin City” takes over the top spot.

I think Spiderman II was the best. After that movie, my wife, who's not a big fan of that type of flick turned to me and said "That was excellent".

I was a huge Superman fan, and when the Reeves movie came out, I was like "WTF...Superman floats? What the hell is going on? He flies because he can shove himself off the earth with his powerful legs, not because he's related to Casper the friendly Ghost." When Lois Lane did that "Can You Read My Mind" song/poem, I was hoping Superman would snap her spine.

Anyone old enough to have seen the George Reeve TV series from the 60's? They used the sound effect of a bullet being fired for when he took off. That was cool...at least to a six year-old.

Opps, I guess I've gone on a rant.

Was that from comic book? I thought it originated as a 1940's movie serial.

Not one of Queen's finer moments.

I hope you're kidding.
Superman II and the Batman movies have been the best with the exception of that stupid one with Ahhnold and Poison Ivy.

I think that the Fantastic Four is going to be awesome this summer. And Sin City I can't wait to see.
My favorites in order are:

Blade 1
Xmen 2
Xmen
Spiderman 1
Crow 1
Constantine
Blade 2
Batman
Superman
Spiderman 2
Superman 2
Spawn
Hellboy
Crow 2
Batman 2
Batman 3

Daredevil would have been pretty cool if they didn't have that shemale Elektra character in it and did that gay fight scene in the park when they first met. I thought that the story line at the beginning of that movie was pretty cool.
The other film I thought had promise was The Punisher. But they had to bring in John Travolta to play the bad guy - DUMB!! The fight scene with the blonde haired muscle freak russian was cool. It should have stayed with that feel through out the movie.

Oh and as far as the Hulk - I loved the effects, loved the rendering, but the story sucked and I absolutely hated Nick Nolte's role. It was poorly directed and seemed like the budget ran low at the end. The one scene that I did like very much was the Hulk fighting the tanks scene. Especially the camera angle after the Hulk trashed one tank. It came across the back of the Hulk and you could actually see the sand on his body sparkling in the sun - that was awesome.

Spiderman 1 and 2. The first three batmans and American splendor. Those are the only ones I really like the rest to me are just stupid. Hollywood needs to learn to say no to the comic book geeks. Most of these big budget action movies based on comic books suck and are a complete waste of time.
