Geno is more polished as a drop back than Kaep although Kaep can do it but he is having to learn it because as some of you said he is more natural at this point to being an option QB. Both QBs have strong arms with Kaep probably having a little more mustard on the ball. Kaep is 2 tenths faster in the 40 than Geno at 4.4 compared to Geno's 4.6 with both being very athletic and mobile with Kaep being more the natural runner. What makes Geno so F'N attractive to a lot of teams is that he is already a primed dropback QB with 4/5ths of the athleticism of Kaep when needed.

Wear a hat. Yeah that was terrible and I'm not sorry.
He was saying playing style, not upside I think. I agree with it. I would say he has style more like Rodgers, where he is very athletic but likely to stay in the pocket. |

CK's arm strength is MUCH better than Geno's. He's also a much better pure runner...it's not even close. I know some of you see a black man and assume he's a great runner. Not the case here. I saw the Missouri v. Nevada game in person a few years back. It was Gabbert vs. Kaepernick...talk about two strong arms!?? Those guys were lacing frozen ropes all over the field. Gabbert's a bad NFL QB, but dude has a cannon for an arm and so does CK. |
