Drafted in the fourth round by the Dallas Cowboys, Musgrave was released in camp, but played with the San Francisco 49ers in 1991 and 1993 under head coach George Seifert and offensive coordinator Mike Shanahan. Musgrave went with Shanahan to Denver, where he played in 1995-96, and was released in preseason 1997.

a couple of you guys are so thin skinned it is amusing. I said there are reeruned homer posts here and there are. I qualified that later by noting the same type of posts appear on all team boards. As far as the hire I do not like it. Flat out disappointing would describe it best~

You guys ****ed this one up. That's all there is to it. The only homerism that can possibly take place right now is if some Raiders fan stops in and defends the hire. And it looks like that just happened. |

You and Dane are ****ing hilarious. You two go full on batshit The homer comment was made to another rival poster referring to being on a rivals board saying reeruned homer comments come with the territory and they do. They are a part of any board dedicated to a team. People show favoritism and bias for the team they root for. Quit being an idiot for ****ssake. Please point out anything in my post defending this hire also post anything from the Del Rio thread where I was homer~

I'm not to thrilled but he was a QB in the NFL and has been a QB coach for years. He might be able to help improve Carr. At least JDR thinks so. That's right folks the Raiders are trying to develop their own QB. GASP!
One thing I've noticed is that most teams in the playoffs developed their own QB. Musgraves must develop Carr to succeed! |

From what I remember, the Ryan offense the first few years was ridiculously conservative. A luxury you have when Michael Turner is tearing shit up for you. I don't know that QBs these days need the same kind of kid gloves, but I'm happy if the Raiders want to start treating Carr with kid gloves.

IF any fan base in the NFL could identify a bad hire its the Kansas City Chiefs fans...
We have seen the worse of the worse in coaching hires.. IF a CP member says it a bad hire, there is a good chance it is... We are experts at dealing with shit coaches. |
