But his fitness is a pretty big deal. Shedding 15lbs is a pretty big deal for a WR like Bowe.

No its not. His bright spot was always his run after the catch when he wasn't juggling it. Also his down field blocking for Charles. But none of that is really what your looking for from your elite receiver its a luxury. Man gets payed pretty well to be a featured receiver that your QB has to check down because you are not open and not doubled.

the difference is Bowe has actual skills, Cassel was garbage.

There is going to be a lot of Hype about various players between now and the season opener, It will get a bit more intense during TC. Too bad most of the Hype will end up being BS.

I want Bowe to do well I really do. But face it his best years may be behind him. I dont picture Bowe as having Jerry Rice commitment. He got his money last year and re-payed the Clark's in kind. Wonder if he looks who signs his checks now?

Seems like he did after a down year and had a pretty good yea if memory serves me. So maybe there is hope.

I just dont see where 15 lbs lighter does much for a guy struggling to get separation when being single covered last year. He was never a burner maybe he is trying to regain some quickness.
