Britt was promoted to asst. DL coach last year. Brasher will still be around probably just not as much. Mike Smith is a Sutton connection from the Jets like Mark DeLeone was/is and Smith played LB for the Ravens a short time when Rex Ryan was DC there. Smith has a background coaching DL and LB.

More of a title promotion than anything with Harris. Will be nice to keep him whenever Emmitt Thomas retires

They both went to prison for dealing drugs.

Garrett was apparently taking heroin at one point prior to his suicide and had gone through rehab once or maybe even twice. Not sure about Britt.

Pretty sure he's taken his fair share of drugs, too. I'm only assuming that it's rare to find somebody who's a dealer-only.

same thing happened with Todd Haley and his dad on the Jets, got promoted to offensive quality control/WRs coach with a GOLF BACKGROUND.

This sometimes happens in the NFL, the guy has to start somewhere
