So I got fired today
They told me by a letter. Even thou I am out because of illness and waiting to find out when I'm going under the knife. They still fired me. **** my life. I wish I was dead.

The thing was I had to do many tests to get the surgery that I'm waiting to find out when it happen. Plus I kept them updated. They knew I was going to have surgery plus the Dr. Added more test to make sure I can proceed with surgery.

You are getting great advise and FAQ here. I recommend putting a counter letter together based off of this thread. Show them their error. Heck, put it on a made up Lawyer letterhead. I'll put the letterhead together. You'll be employed for life

They told me to send them the paperwork for workman comp I did and they know I would be out. Plus my manager been wanting to get rid of me for years. This same woman that allow a fellow co worker two month leave even thou she didn't have a injury. I the one who had to file paperwork and everything. The other come and go with no consequence.
