Ok I am Paranoid
Ok so I listed my motorhome for sale because I want something different... I put a price out there and some dude from Yugoslavia came to look at my motorhome, so I say to myself...


This is probably a waste of time tire kicker, He asked me what my best price was and I backed off a little and gave it to him.... Then he reaches into his pocket and pulls out a stack of money from hell... It bugged me out because rarely do people walk around with that kind of coin on them, Of course I had taken all the precautions.... I had a 45 in the back of my pants, wife was following behind at a distance with a 38 and daughter was advised to stay in the house with a shotgun (you can't be too careful nowadays..)

Dude offered me cash money, I took it, made him sign an "AS IS" bill of sale and the whole deal was done in a matter of an hour or so.

Now I am at home sitting here with thousands and thousands of dollars in my possession until the bank opens wondering if this dude or one of his buddies come back tonite for a random robbery...

Am I paranoid or am I gonna get to try out my AR-15 tonite?

Most likely stolen, dirty, or laundered money and he wants nothing to do with it... you should be fine. Hope you checked for counterfeits first, some scammers will use like 15 real bills and give you 40 fakes along with it.

Seems like it would have been easier to just steal the motorhome instead of buying it and coming back to get the money that you will have likely hidden, put in a safe, or taken to a bank.

I had a guy swing by and look at my truck a while back. It's a pretty rare vehicle with very low miles... All the options, perfectly maintained, new ball joints etc.
He offered me 1500 less than asking. I laughed.
Told him my minimum and he said he'd think on it.
He called me and offered 1000 less. I told the guy I wouldn't sell it to him for 1000 over asking now and hung up.
People are strange.
