As much as I've always dislike Tony Gonzales, he is almost certainly the most dominant offensive player in this team's history.
If Jamaal Charles were as durable, he would hold that spot

On defense, it's Bobby Bell.
Most complete LB the league, not just the Chiefs, has ever seen.

The Broncos are John Elway and Von Miller.

The Raiders are Ken Stabler and Willie Brown.

The Chargers are Kellen Winslow and Junior Seau.

It's not a popular pick bc he was an OL, but Will Shields was the most dominant offensive player I've ever seen from us. Never hurt and was a pro bowler for over a decade.

I considered Shields, along with Willie Roaf and Jim Tyrer, but TG's production in spite of the overall garbage that he relied on to get him the ball just edged him to the top.

Agreed, and why the SB IV defense has been ranked 4th best of the NFL all time.

For Denver I am only going say Steve Atwater for his hit on Christian Okoye. He was a hard hittin son of a bitch.

I think I'd say RB Bo Jackson for the Raiders and CB Albert Lewis when he played for them also.

Chargers I'd say TE Antonio Gates but I'm not a fan and I think he is over rated as a football player doesn't hold Tony Gonzalez jock strap. Defense easy Donnie Edwards. Was pretty happy he came to the Chiefs.

Chiefs Derrick Thomas has always been my favorite player. Tony Gonzalez even on shitty years came to play like when we had Tyler Thygpin Tony G would scrap and fight to get the ball when hardly any other Chief wouldn't give a ****.

For Seattle I remember WR Steve Largent being pretty good and The Boz Brian Bosworth until Bo Jackson ran him over into the endzone and The Boz was no more.

Easily the worst list, by far.

BKC: Will Shields. I almost went with Jamaal...if it weren't for the damn ACL tears. Every time he touches the ball, I have hope that he will score a TD or do something neat. Dude is amazing.

San Diego: Tomlinson.

Denver: 2012-2014 Peyton Manning. Ugh, I am glad we are done with that phase.Elway? Shee-it... The most overrated QB ever...and no, not just because he was/is a Donk... It's because he just is overrated and has enough froth on his gums to make a rabid dog feel as if they have been short-changed in the gun-froth department.

Oakland: Woodson.

Seattle: Kennedy.

Hmm..interesting question, one on offense, one on defense:

Oakland:
AFL Days: Willie Brown, Fred Bilitnikoff
AFC Days: Howie Long, Marcus Allen

Denver:
AFL Days: Tombstone Jackson, Floyd Little
AFC Days: Steve Atwater, Horse Face

San Diego:
AFL Days: Ernie Ladd, Lance Alworth
AFC Days: Junior Seau, Kellen Winslow

Seattle:
AFC Days: Kenny Easley, Steve Largent

I won't rate the Chiefs. It would be like asking which of your children you love the most.

You have to have the conversation as to whether or not Johnnie Morton should be mentioned.

Who are the best players you've ever watched for each AFC West Team?

Since I'm a bit on the younger side I'll stick with newer guys for each team.

Chiefs: Tony Gonzalez and Derrick Johnson. I could have gone with Priest, Roaf, Charles or Shields here. On defense we've sucked for basically the entire time I've been a die-hard fan so DJ's only real competition would be guys like Hali and Houston.

Broncos: Clinton Portis and Champ Bailey.

Raiders: Tim Brown and Charles Woodson.

Chargers: LT and Merriman.

Seahawks: Russell Wilson, although Walter Jones and Shaun Alexander were crazy good, and Richard Sherman.
