Bitcoin Take?

Bitcoin disrupts gold
Ethereum disrupts financial services
There will be others...

I wouldn't mind buying the dip, but I don't want to jump in too early.

It was under 10k this time last year iirc

The next 4 hours are important. It could turn bearish on the weekly charts. If so, this bull blew its top early, but past performance doesn’t guarantee future performance especially in crypto.

People can’t wait to buy it after it rises because FOMO, and then they get scared and panic sell after it falls. I did it in 2013. I left “pocket change” in my account and it grew to 5k. You just don’t want to get out of an asset this pristine. You know exactly how much is in supply and it’s never going away. Never sell all of it. At least keep a small percentage in it.

Bitcoin Take?

My cd’s just matured. I’m tired of earning nothing on them.

Is now a good time to jump in?

I have $429,000 to invest...should I do the whole amount?

I would get in gradually to spread the risk. I would do at least 50% bitcoin.

Wait for BTC to get at and under 30k then DCA your way in. You won't ever be able to know what the lowest dip will be but you'll be able to get it at or near the lowest price point. I'm about 99% certain the lowest BTC will reach this cycle is 20k. It really just wants to test a support it never got to touch before.

But shit if you have that kind of money IDK why you're asking a bunch of mouth breathers on CP lmao.

There's a lot of experience, knowledge, and gains in this thread about a highly volatile and susceptible investment from people who are not rando's. Where would you seek advice?
