Didn't have anything fancy tonight, and it certainly looks crappy to what's been posted here today, but damn if it didn't hit the spot. It was just a cheap crappy casserole, but it was easy and tasted decent.
Looked like crap on the plate, so I just got one on the stove. |

Thanks.
The outside grill has a rotisserie. When it's this cold, I run the rotisserie on half-gas and the two outside burners 3/4s of the way up. Takes about 1.25 hours, and the hot spit makes the cooking all the better.. |

Did you do the Cook's Illustrated version of stacking, where you make the bottom look pretty and then just kinda mash everything else in place?

I swear to God if the ever go to a SB this crew is going to rent a hall in downtown KC and we're going to cook, grill, and smoke (meat) our asses off for the rest of this board to stop in and enjoy.
Well, if we don't blow more cash on attending the SB! |

Remember those steaks I had more than a few of and cooked-up? Yeah, one down! The older son have his four wisdom teeth yanked to I didn't want to cook anything that he could smell (he's totally hungry!!), so I just nuked it and dug in...
