I've noticed that Gruden has had a lot of pull. And the draft didn't seem to be what we've been seeing from McKenzie. I can't imagine that he's too happy with the way things have turned. I would think that he serves out his contract and walks. He's done a pretty good job of bringing Chokeland out of the gutter by adding talent to the team. I would imagine that he will find a new GM job rather quickly. Unless his poor coaching hires hold him back. Dennis Allen and JDR were laughable choices. He is under contract until 2020. A lot can happen in 2 years.

Maybe. But he took a team that hadn't had a winning season in years and made them a playoff contender again. He made the most of his time there. I would think that has earned him serious consideration elsewhere when/if he walks.
