Shit, my bad.
Forgot I have to speak like I'm attending visiting hours at the nursing home around here. Here's your Dixie cup of Ensure, Fish. Don't spill it on your bib.

I think he looks close to the same, age-wise. Just very tired.

Love the story. Still hasn't wowed me with his play.

I just wish a coordinator would use him appropriately. Sure, he's good in the box, but I'd like to see him play true center field. Let the man freelance.
He'd beast out in a role similar to Earl Thomas'.

He led the team in interceptions (4), and was second only to Derrick Johnson in tackles (92) and solo tackles(77). On December 26, 2010, Berry scored his first NFL touchdown on a 54-yard interception return against the Tennessee Titans. In his first playoff game, he recorded a career-high in solo tackles with 9 and passes defended with 4. |

This is all pretty amazing. His first couple games are probably going to be limited and token appearances for fans and teammates but wow if he comes out of the gate swinging it's gonna be cool.Bought my first Chiefs gear in roughly 10 years. "Be Bold, Be Brave, Be Berry" T-Shirt.

Us Keeping him on the books probably greatly attributes to the family feel we praise the locker room for having. I think the time is right

I said IF HE CANT PLAY THIS SEASON, we should either place him on NFI and pay him a portion of his salary, or (my preference and idea) to sign him to a long term deal with a low base salary the first year and roster bonuses the next year that would equate to an amount similar to what he would have made if he never missed a beat and is being paid as the top box safety in the league. I never said to cut him. |
