Hanging Out In Your Driveway/Garage
We have some new neighbors. To be blunt, they don't exactly fit in to our neighborhood. The are displaying some anomalous behavior, such as sitting in lawn chairs just inside their garage. Why would they want to do that? They have a backyard, and a rather nice deck and lawn upon which to place said lawn chairs. What's so fascinating about the front? Don't they want some privacy?

Yesterday, these people inflated some kind of pool thing, filled it with water and all got inside of the pool. Again, on the driveway. Why?

Also, at present count, there are four people living in the home. Yet, they have six vehicles. Why?

Whether an HOA is your thing or not I can see Donger's point: he pays a fee in exchange for the ability to live free of certain elements/behaviors in those surrounding his home.

Are these people running a meth lab? Probably not. But they may be the equivalent of such people when viewed in the context of Donger's particular housing association.
