I hate Subway. I don't know why people eat there, especially with so many other sub sandwich options available. Planet Sub, Jimmy John's, Firehouse Subs, etc.

To be honest, I have only been once. And I did have the buffet. It was a special kinda bad. Food was cold, and the meat was like chewing on an old boot. Could of been just a bad night for them, maybe they had poor quality help that night, dunno. Just will avoid it just in case it is always as crappy as it was that night

Yes, you can get eggs, SPAM and rice for breakfast at McDs. And some Jack in the Box have SPAM burgers - a hamburger with a slice of SPAM on it.

Not just fast food. Most restaurants that serve breakfast, including some very nice restaurants, offer it as one of the meat choices with breakfast.
