There's tons of media who think this guy will be the next hot coaching commodity in 2-3 years.

We finally have a young coordinator. I refuse to acknowledge Daboll last year.

BOULDER — Eric Bieniemy, Colorado's offensive coordinator the past two seasons, is under strong consideration to be the running backs coach for the Kansas City Chiefs, two sources close to the situation said Thursday.
If Bieniemy gets the job, he would be reunited with new Chiefs coach Andy Reid, whom Bieniemy played for his last year in the NFL in 1999 with Philadelphia. Bieniemy would also again work with Brad Childress, whom Reid is expected to hire as an adviser and was the head coach of the Minnesota Vikings, where Bieniemy served as his running backs coach.
Colorado's offense struggled under Bieniemy the past two years, finishing 116th nationally this past season and 92nd in 2011.
Before joining the Colorado coaching staff, the former CU star coached the Vikings' running backs from 2006-10. He also coached at UCLA from 2003-05 after starting his coaching career as a CU assistant from 2001-02.
