It wasn't just you. He's been an idiot since his very first post. He got smacked down pretty hard and then created his "Introduction" thread. That gained him a little bit of leeway.....but he responded back with a force so stupid that it would have made Hurricane Katrina look like a sprinkler.

Yeah, that's the crux of the issue in terms of why he started getting forcibly toned down at first. He just completely destroyed any thread he touched.

Apparently both of them are from the Coalition and have some tiff going over there. Regardless, we reacted to the messages like we normally do by ignoring them.

When no reply was received, he started threatening to file a police report against the Planet itself. In case any of you are wondering how you might be able to find yourself on the permanent persona non grata list, that's a good place to start.

Anyway, I've un-ignored his posts so that threads will start acting normally again, and he's officially banned. If he can stop being such a douche, we might let him back at some point, but it's not looking good for him at the moment.

When it comes down to it, this is probably just a "for the good of the Planet" thing. Probably wouldn't fly last year, but now that we've got enough variety amongst the mods to make sure we're not overreacting, I think it's the way to go.

And now back to your regularly-scheduled programming...
