I was watching MLB network earlier and that idiot Bob Ryan who used to write for the Boston Globe said you guys are bad for postseason baseball because your cyborg bullpen is too good and therefore nobody can score. WTF?

I would love to have your pen over ours so matheny couldnt **** it up over and over.

Yeah, I think people keep going against us because they believe our bullpen is EVENTUALLY gonna screw up. Guess what, idiots? Our 3-headed monster cyborgs have given up a whopping TWO leads after the 7th innings. It's just not happening.

I know it's BS. They already have the shovels and your tombstone ready against the Giants too. They think the layoff and inexperience will beat ya. That dissing is good for you guys though.

The Royals layoff is going to be all of one game longer than the Giants. Maybe if the Cardinals had taken the series back to St. Louis and lengthened the layoff, it's more of a concern. But the Giants are sitting there just like the Royals today.

I know one thing: The Giants will not take advantage of the Royals bullpen and defense like they did the Cardinals. They're going to have a tougher time manufacturing runs, especially late in the game.

Consider this also. Our starters, particularly Shields, haven't been as good as they were during the season. If this extra rest gets them back on track, we're set.

The time off is an absolute non-factor. If anything it lets pitchers and Salvy rest up. Defense and speed don't cool off. Pitching doesn't really either(see Guhrie and Vargas for exhibit A). Hot hitting can cool with a layoff but we don't really hit anyway.

The herd is beginning to stampede. Prices are now approaching $500 or less for SRO, still no one buying. There are now roughly 1,000 more game 2 tickets on sale now than there was yesterday.
