Does this Chiefs team have a good chance to win the SuperBowl?

Losing Gronk is gonna hurt NEs chances.

KC already beat Denver and Oakland in their houses.

KC is getting Maclin, Nelson and Ford back...and might get Jamaal Charles back for the playoffs.

If KC takes care of business in the division and splits with ATL/Tenn, they have a real chance to get HFA. That happens, this team can beat anyone in the AFC at Arrowhead.

If they make it to the Super Bowl, they have a good chance to take down Dallas, Atlanta or Seattle.

Do you guys think this season has a good chance to end with the Lombardi trophy coming to KC?

Can't run, can't stop the run. That is supposed to be a death knell in the playoffs. Lots of issues to work on.

I'm broken.

Just when you think they are rolling, they get a flat.
Just when you think they are about to collapse they stand back up.

I have no idea about this team, none.

This win was certainly a big step towards that goal. But man, how many blows can this defense take? Bailey, Howard, Mauga, March, and now DJ?? Our front 7 is down to Houston, Ford and Poe plus a bunch of guys that were either backups or not even on the roster. Wilson, was on the PS, I assume Alexander will rake Johnson's spot, I think he was on the PS. Reyes and RNR were not on the team. The only guy in there that was on the team was Jones. Thank God Dorsey drafted him. They have managed to win despite all of that, but I'm not sure if they can overcome all of those losses in the playoffs.

THis.

This team can beat anyone on any field, but could also lose to the browns in arrowhead somehow. However; they're winning more and more. When the O is flat; the D comes through. When the D can't get a turnover and only gets one sack, Alex throws for 200 in the first half. When peters can't make a play, Berry does.

It's such a fun team to watch right now. As long as you've taken your heartburn meds; the O comes up when it needs to, special teams comes through when it needs to, D comes through when it needs to. Several games now, baited breath as it is, yes this team can beat any team on any field.

Dude. Go away. You are the most obvious of the insecure football fan. For five years now, Denver has sat atop the AFC West and you sit over at the Mange, with no thought of posting here.

Now, it's 2016, and for the first time in half a decade, Denver is looking up at two teams in front of them. They're grip on the AFC West is loosening, and you *coincidentally* feel it's time for you to create a CP account and tell us why we're going to lose every game.

It's silly.

I'm done prognosticating. It just seems like they find a way to do enough to get it done.

I won't pin my hopes on expectations and am simply going to enjoy the ride.

Regardless of the doubts about this or that, they don't seem to be doubting themselves and if it's a results based business then how about enjoying some fantastic last few weeks of football, and just be a fan of the team with at worst the 3rd best record in the NFL, and currently has the inside path for a bye week as the 2 seed - potentially a #1.

Incidentally, without Gronk I give the Pats a 80% chance of losing at least 1 more, and a 50 50 at dropping 2. Either way, not having him I think significantly increases the chances of KC coming out on top should there be a revisiting of last year's playoffs.

I had better hopes before DJ went down now it's like **** here we go again but I have my reserve I think we can pull off something special this year how special is yet to be defined.

Here we go again like when we were 9-0 and Mike Maslowski went down he was our heart on defense then we just struggled down the stretch and that one playoff game happened.

Losing DJ is a dagger I just hope it's not a dagger in the heart.

Offense looked sexy first half then I just think the whole team went flat after the DJ injury and the Raiders TD.

I think there were some good signs. Obviously I am concerned about the front 7 but with the extra few days hopefully they can bring a guy off the street and work some magic again.

What good signs? Loss of a key player on defense? The run D getting gashed all night by two JAGs? Zero pass rush against a good OL? PetersBerryHoustonFord being invisible?

Offense shut out for 3 quarters by a terrible defense?

Alex declining before our eyes?

The only team I think we couldn't be competitive with is Pitt.

We've proven that.

Other than them I like our chances...

Honestly, I'm happy for you guys, I have always said the diehard fans like you guys should see your team compete and win it all. The last 3 wins were huge, let's see how the team closes.
