They thanks Candy for handing them the game and saving them from a first round exit.

So, yes. I'd rather be kicking the tires on a young QB than watching Alex throw for 200 yards every week while we go 9-7.
Smith WILL win a PO game this season.

You will love Smith and wash his balls with an expensive Terry cloth when this season is said and done.

Alex Smith is going to restore your hope, replenish your enthusiasms, and free your fandom.

All that you hate will restore all that you loved.

As crazy as all that sounds there's a much better chance of it happening than the 4-12 disaster you envisioned.
Alex just keeps getting better IMO.
One or more of the franchise guys are gonna get out played come PO time.

Watch.

Reid would be a really good coach if he just weren't so in love with the pass and wasn't awful with clock management. But he's still a pretty good coach in a lot of ways.

But I was too busy thinking we had that game in the bag to get mad at Reid for not running the ball. I figured we had it won already anyway.

Compared to starting Geno Smith?

I shouldn't have to. If you can't figure that one out just with the eye test, you shouldn't be allowed near sharp or pointy objects.

Without Reid we wouldn't be this competitive with all the injuries we've had this year. Put this team on the field with Haley or (puke) Crennel leading us and see where we go. I'll take the bad with the good. His TOs can be infuriating, but can't say his strategy has been wrong since game 1.

Yeah I'm fine with Reid. I just like to point out his flaws sometimes. I think he's smart enough to learn from them if we were to get in a similar situation with a lead.

Reasons to start Alex Smith:

1. To keep your job as an NFL HC or GM
2. To win 10 games a year for 4 years
3. To keep Arrowhead full, baby!

You keep tossing out the red herrings, since the issue is Alex Smith v. Geno Smith, and Geno's not taking any team to the SB in the near future. I get it. You don't know much about football, and you like to troll, so this is the best you've got.

It's time to just move on, though. You're showing your ass with every post now.

Slipping in your own personal agenda on someone else's thread. That's pretty lame.

This game was in doubt until special teams and defense took over in the third quarter.

Why was it in doubt? Hmmm...

We're right. He is absolutely, 100%, guaranteed to never win a Super Bowl. Probably won't ever reach a conference championship game again, either.

You know it. Deep in your plums. You feel it. You just don't want to admit it.
