Why do black people cross the street so slow?
I live in north Scottsdale/PV area which is not diverse. I am the first to admit I don't get inner city. On several recent occasions I've had to drive down town for business. Every time I have, including today, I've had to sit at a light waiting to turn because a black person deliberately walked as slow through the intersection as they could. Other people walked by them at a normal pace but they just sauntered. On one occasion the person looked at my car and actually slowed down even more.
What the hell? Am I imagining this or is this some kind of thing?

I'm pretty sure there was a rule in the constitution about 2/3 or 3/4, or 42 or something or other, that had to do with black people. I couldn't ever remember what it was. I think maybe we are all supposed to have 42 black friends. I like the Chiefs but can't like them too much or it'd be walking the line of going way over my quota

The founders wanted to abolish slavery and put that in so the slave States wouldn't get more representatives in the house of representatives. They knew that they would never be able to abolish slavery if the slaves counted for population but not able to vote. That's why the 3/5ths a man came into being. Progressives twisted that so the blacks wouldn't feel vested in the US and would forever be able to be manipulated by bringing up how oppressed and downtrodden they are.
