WR Kyle Williams claimed by Chiefs

WR Kyle Williams was released by the 49ers, anyone think he could fit into this offense? Seems like he would be more of a deep threat than anyone currently on the roster.

Knile doesn't get carries because in the limited opportunities he's had, he's literally fumbled the opportunity away.

I think it's fair to say Williams lost the game, but it's also fair to say the niners offense could have put them in the position where Williams wouldn't have had the power to lose the game.

My issue with those that say "Well, Smith was blah, blah, blah" also fail to mention that the 49ers defense allowed Eli to drive down the field, basically unencumbered, to score in the 4th quarter as well.

It's a bullshit.

Kyle Williams' fumbled directly led to a Giants short field goal and the win.

End of story.

(P.S. - I'm not singling you out)

Both teams were going 3 and out pretty much all of the 2nd half. Up by 4 with 10 minutes to go, had Williams fair caught the first muff, they most likely would have won and went to the superbowl.

First Jenkins and now Williams. Honestly would trade both of them back for Baldwin. They're both less than useless.

Which shows how much I think of Jenkins/Williams. You catch on very quick..

I'm really hating Dorsey's obsession with tiny receivers. Alex needs big targets who can go up and get it.

He has that in Bowe. He doesn't throw to those kinds of guys. They're looking for a speed receiver that gets separation.

It is a team game. No single player will lose a football game.

Dubbed by history as "Miracle in the Meadowlands" - December 2010 the Eagles, who were down seven points with 14 seconds on the clock, Coughlin told Giants punter Matt Dodge to kick the ball out of bounds. Instead of kicking the ball out of bounds, Dodge kicked the ball in a line drive to DeSean Jackson, who ran it back for a touchdown as time expired, eliminating the Giants from playoff contention.

Can the Giants place all the the blame on Dodge? No. There were other players not watching the ball off the tee. The Giants collapse was a team effort.

I have been hearing about this Giants @ 49ers NFC Championship game for two years - However, not once have I seen the Eagles fans or Giants fans have a discussion on "Miracle in the Meadowlands" since 2010. Let it go for cryin’outloud…Let it go...Snap out of it!
