Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started. Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. Losing weight. Trainer tonight asked me if I'd noticed any changes yet. I just couldn't bring myself to tell him that my bra is fitting differently. I mean, how do you say that without it sounding like a come on?

Still sounds like I'm just trying to bring attention to my boobs. Normally, that's not a bad thing. Just seems inappropriate when he's only 22 and we're at the gym.
You know, typing that out makes me sound like a prude. Anyway, I have noticed that clothing is fitting a little differently, too, so that's what I told him. |

I did core day yesterday. Other than planks on a physio ball, it really wasn't as intimidating as I thought it would be.

Yup. My BMI came back 25.2. (25 is considered overweight) My agent spoke with the underwriter and explained that I lift weights and they gave me preferred pricing.

Yeah, I'm technically "obese" I think , but I still qualified for the cheaper rate. I know a guy that competes in BB'ing and walks around at about 5'10 260 and had the same issue as you.

I'm seeing great results - not taking much time off - aside from Friday.
I'm troubled though feeling like my biceps aren't progressing like the rest, i'm seeing results everywhere else. |

I will get back into my legs, It's hard to jump right in and show concern for my legs. I distance ran and played tennis almost my entire life. My legs are my best feature. But you're right - I must get back to showing them some attn.
