I just watched a couple of clips on ESPN, and it was the new "Voice of the Jayhawks" and I am positive that he is the worst announcer I have ever listened to. I would suffer Duke Vitale over this buffoon all day long. He sounds like he is purposely trying to fake a "radio" voice, and his vocabulary and choice of words is not even on an amateur level. How in the **** did Zenger or whoever choose this tool to replace Bob Davis? He is beyond horrible. I have listened to girls high school announcers on Metro Sports who were better than this douche. He has absolutely no emotion in his voice. It could be the opening possession of the half, or the last play in a game like today, and you wouldn't be able to tell. Bob Davis, flaws and all, was passionate about KU sports, and emotionally invested in each game, and frankly it's embarrassing to have someone so bad take over.
