Like many restaurants, it was great in the 70's and 80's. But after Don Bell sold to Pepsi, it really fell off a cliff. They tried to get people back by offering .49 cent tacos for the longest time, but the quality never returned.
Pepsi also ruined Pizza Hut and KFC as well as Taco Bell. They should never buy a fast food chain again.

But my vote still goes to McDonalds. At least here in Hawaii they are pretty much inedible.

I couldn't vote as I haven't eaten at any of these places in 10 years. I wasn't surprised when the pink slime information came out about McDonalds.

The last time I ate there (MD), I literally felt cold inside...something wasn't right with how my body was processing it.

When you dont eat that type of food with regularity..it alarming how your body rejects it.

FF is slow poison...invented by food scientists to be addictive, salty and cheap.

I have had the pot roast at Culvers and it was serviceable for a FF chain.

KFC is some scary shit...

When I was a kid, the McD's at Kahala mall(attached to the bowling alley)was so good. Not only was the regular stuff good, but you could get a decent bowl of Saimin there. Sadly, McD's is so awful nationally that I couldn't even bring myself to eat at that one the last time I was back, not even for old times sake.
