Pest banned?

I'm not here to fight for anyone... just looking through post history and not really seeing what took place. Hoping someone, not named Tiger, would fill me in.

As Tiger will come running at the mention of his nemesis being banned and want to strut about... this one is for you bud.

Is this the same thread where everyone is demanding an exact citation to the chapter and verse of the precise TOS violation for pest.

Pretty sure 'eyeball test' and 'sick of shit' aren't TOS terms.

Am I wrong or is wishing a player injury not in the TOS ?

What difference does it make if there's a 'sick of shit' standard to fall back on.

So basically holding a blind/homer view of the Chiefs is okay, but criticizing the Chiefs is not?

Sounds like a Rufus Dawes wet dream.

Then you go go with the flip side. Since that is what is happening. The eyeball test.

My point is, this thread started off with a hyper-technical, legalese, bent, seeking a hard and fast written standard to justify whatever happened with pest. Then it morphed into 'oh noes, erryone getting b&. It's the KCStar all over again. This shit cannot stand.'

Then Tiger comes up and everyone switches to 'he bugs me, . . . get rid of him.'

Claynus did just fine being a critic. The mods found a distinction when he began on a concerted and determined effort to inflict misery on the board to punish us all for not agreeing with him.

Tiger may 'punish' you by writing things you disagree with about Alex. But, he argues them with facts and figures and appears genuine in his advocacy. That's not the same as disparaging everything about the team and it's fan base, regardless of merit, in order to sow discord and despair.

People on this board wish injury on NFL players every season all season long... Even celebrate injuries to players of rival teams...

IF banning a poster for wishing injuries on a player, CP would be a ghost town.

Yup. Be as homer as you want to be, but don't overly criticize the team/player. It's turning into Warpaint over here.

Is Warpaint still a thing?
