Changes that need made to turn the season around
Let's get right down to it.

Start Chase Daniel or Aaron Murray....I think the team would rally around either guy.
Run the ball more...get West and Sherman involved a lot more.
Start Conley and get him involved in the weekly gameplan...this should be our counter punch to teams consistently blitzing.
Activate Steven Nelson and have him play the nickel.
Feed the ball to Kelce and Maclin a lot more...especially on third down.
Let Howard have the NT job full time. The DL was stronger when he was playing more reps. At least IMO.
Move Poe to end full time.
Andy needs to hand over play calling duties to Childress, or Pederson.

I know there are lots of other changes that need made, but that should get us started.

Secondary has smelled like ass but where the hell is the pass rush? I think the secondary looks more respectable if we would make the QB hurry now and then. I thought Dalton looked like a portrait model a few times out there. Johnny U couldn't have looked better on a football card making his throwing pose.

2 things I want to mention regarding this post.

1) do you think it's possible that something clicked for Alex in the 4th quarter of the GB game?... because he's been better since then.

2) Rodgers and Dalton have near perfect QB ratings against the blitz...I agree with mixing up zone/man looks a lot more.

No, I don't think anything clicked.

Andy Reid was using Maclin more in the short zones, rather than constantly having him stretch the field.

That helped Alex look less useless.

As to the second point, I still think you have to mix is some blitzes.
