He's an AFC South guy (lives in Jacksonville and covered the Jags for 20 years) so it's not really surprising.

The one thing that can be said about Teicher all these years is that he's no homer.

Conley was injured and unavailable in training camp, so his numbers were understandably lower than expected.

Conley: 31 targets, 17 catches, 199 yards, 1 TD.

Agholor: 44 targets, 23 catches, 283 yards, 1 TD.

I think that both receivers will continue to ascend but the results for Year One for both receivers was surprisingly similar.
Lockett looks like the real miss so far. I still have hope for Conley, though.

Can't blame us there, though. Lockett went earlier than expected. I think that's part of the reason we moved up for Conley... We panicked after Lockett was off the board. Conley should end up being a decent receiver. A full off season should do him wonders

I'd call it a "miss" if Peters and Morse weren't so good.

It's hard to argue against either player.

I was thinking Lockett went closer to the Chiefs' pick. Sorry for the brain cramp.

Still, Lockett went early third round, so not too early considering what he has meant to the Seahawks. The Hawks have a tendency to pick guys "too early" that end up well worth the pick.
