That was much later. Introduction of agriculture was a turning point from earlier diet. For a long time we were hunter gatherers which is what the paleo diet is based on. The paleo folks are grain bashers mostly.

My understanding it's about 3 million years prior apparently. I am not a grain basher and I do not follow a paleo diet. Those guys essentially are following a hunter gather style diet mainly.

We love cauliflower as a pizza crust. So good.
And natural peanut butter is disgusting. We bought some last week that was super liquid-y and had to be refrigerated after opened. So gross. |

I always refrigerate mine. Oil gets rancid. But just stir it back in. It takes getting used to.

I buy this PB. Says natural but it doesn't have the texture of the other natural PBs so not so sure about that.
