Big Bang Theory: Main actors agree to $1 million per episode...

Not bad work if you can get it...

It's $1 million each for the actors per episode. The advertisers must pay ridiculous amounts to sell their products.

I've only seen the ads for it, and I'm pretty positive that it's the worst show ever made. If those are the funny parts in the teasers, an entire episode must be like watching old yeller being shot in slow motion for 30 minutes.

Hunger Games is compelling and deep compared to the other franchises you mentioned.

And it's still half-assed.

The shame of it all is that a relatively skillful young-adult series like Ender got a shitbasket of a Hollywood treatment while an inferior text gets Jennifer Lawrence.

Do you mean Ender's Game? Yeah, Hollywood butchered that.

The writer's writing-style or shall I say abilities weren't great but it was a good story with good characters. The author used to write for Nickelodeon.

Orson Scott Card wrote for Nickelodeon?

Matthew Perry has had an interesting run post friends. They want so badly for him to be in a really hit show. He did the Sunset Strip Sorkin show that didn't quite work out and was in the show recently about group therapy that I haven't heard anything about lately so I assume it is cancelled.

I will say even though it is was silly I liked the show about him being the business manager of an arena...Mr Sunshine I think it was called.

He was really strong years ago in West Wing for a story arc where he was legal counsel and a Republican.

I'm just a guy who has seen you bombard this site with moronic posts for several weeks now. If you don't like the show, that's fine. It just gets tiresome to see you make the same post in the same thread over and over and over. We get it. You don't like the show.

Well, he kept making the same post because 5 or 6 different people came in here making the same post that he must not understand the jokes.

You can white knight him if you want. I just counted, and the fact is that he has posted the same drivel 25 times in this thread. 25 times. It's certainly his right to post the same thing as often as he wants. I'm just pointing out that it makes his posts uninteresting.
