And could you PM me the contact info for The Righteous? Tonight, I will send out in-game emails to all of the toons remaining in TR53 with that info, and offer to transfer leadership to anyone that wants it. I'll give a Feb 28 deadline, then disband the guild on March 1 if no one responds. |

Yeah, I was like 20 minutes late for the raid (Monday is one of my gym nights) but seems like it was once again slow to organize, so I got to go in with them. It literally blew my mind how easy the whole thing was. I think we wiped once on the last boss because it was the 1st time for some of us (including me) and we got unlucky with one of the mechanics that took our tank out of the game at one point. That was it, though.

As I understand it Eternity Vault on normal is actually tuned to be done before you start doing Hard Mode flashpoints. They wanted it doable by fresh 50s in quest armor. So it's basically hit 50, do normal 50 flashpoints, do normal EV, then start doing hardmodes and Karraga's Palace.
(This is the company line at least, I haven't actually done anything at 50 yet despite having two 50s). I'm finally closing in on legacy level 20. I would imagine that people who've been grinding dailies and PvPing probably have more legacy xp than I do at this point, but I'm pretty happy with the way the game's gone playing multiple characters. Not feeling any kind of burnout at all, although I'm about to start spending some time on Mass Effect in preparation for the release of ME3, which is one of my most-anticipated gaming titles of all time. |

Well I just tried to join and some dude kept asking me if i was 50 or how high my levels were on my characters. Why the **** does that matter? Just ****ing invite me and stop being douche bags. Now I might not want to join if they have a damn level requirement which is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of in a leveling game that can be played year round.

It should also be known that if you do the daily HM FP and the Weekly FP/OP quests, you get columi crystals which you can use to buy columi gear. Sad thing is rakata gear in a lot of ways is worse than columi for most classes. |

And yeah, as far as Rakata goes, you're probably going to have to pull out some pieces and replace them as they just go insane with accuracy on those and there's no point in sacrificing stats for more accuracy once you're at like 108%. In other good news, BioWare listened to the cries and added all kinds of options to your action bar CD notifications. They really did an amazing job.

HMs aren't all that hard once you're a little geared, from what I've read. Well, some are harder than others. But generally speaking not hard (the ones that aren't bugged).
I think for me, when I get to that end-game mode, I'll need variety, which would mean doing HMs. Nothing will burn me out faster than doing the same content over and over. Which is why I went for alts rather than run daily quests on my 50s. Although ironically I do space missions every day. Go figure. But either way, I can't see myself just doing raiding and dailies. That quickly becomes a mind-numbing grind. And I'm trying to avoid that as much as possible. Although that said I'm not sure I'll ever even make it into EV. I'd like to, but my guild has 5 members, and I do not PUG. Ever. I haven't for years. |

I don't think I can burn out on dailies because they're so quick and easy to do, it's not even really a grind (of course I say that as I have only been doing them for like a couple of weeks). PvP is hit and miss. Sometimes it's fun as hell and sometimes it's a complete drag. All in all, I would say my enjoyment of this game is at peak levels right now. I still need to finish my class story, just can't ever find the time for it.

Hey Pants, not sure if you responded to my in-game whisper last night or not. I was running space missions last night, and apparently the chat window content resets every time you go back to the ship. So if you replied, I apologize for not responding, because I didn't see it.
Last night I opened up the guild roster and started sending emails to the remaining members of The Right 53. The email basically said that it was disbanding, gave The Righteous contact info, and had an offer for anyone who wanted to take over the guild. On a side note, the length limit for emails is lame. You can't even fill up the entire text box before it cuts you off. There were a total of 14 guild members, but I was only able to send the email to 3 of them. The rest came back with some kind of "Could not deliver message: unknown error" message. I'm thinking that means that either those toons were deleted, or the accounts are no longer active (Silock's Shaakti was one that returned the error message). I also got the message when I tried to send the email to Synterion. Do you still have him, or did you delete him? |
