Yesterday we brought to you the news that a reveal of Bungie's next project, Destiny, was being hinted at for this upcoming Monday, February 18 – an augmented-reality game on the studio's website seemed to be pointing toward that date. Well, we won't have to wait quite that long. It's now been announced that Destiny will be unveiled one day earlier than we thought, on this Sunday, February 17.
An official Facebook page went live today and made that announcement as its first order of business. A Twitter account for the game has also been activated as well.
And if all that isn't enough to get you hyped, have a first look at the game's just-revealed logo as well:

Part of the reason I play so much is to try & get Ghally, BHammer, and Fatebringer. Not sure if nerfing all 3 guns is an overall positive.

Ghorn is still going to be the most powerful heavy in the game. Black Hammer is super situational IMO and I almost never use it. I'd rather have a hard hitting sniper with Field Scout.

Either way there's a good chance that all of the current legandaries will be poop once the Taken Kind lands. They actually said in the weekly update that there will be more weapons and armor in the DLC than there was in the original game.

I like the idea of re-balancing. It forces me to try new stuff and it changes the game. There used to be a time when Suros reigned supreme.

With my Nothing Manacles /Scatter Grenade / Blink Foind Verdict / Vex Mythosclast setup, I'm doing way better in Crucible. I want to play with people I know though because I'm getting some awful teammates in pub.

Edit: I also got The Ram today. Today has been a great day in Destiny.

I'm leveling a hunter now and man it sucks playing over from the beginning. So slow to level and not interesting. If anyone wants to help so I can play hard mode to get xp faster, I'll blow you.
