Just as I suspected. Horrible strategy for the Cavs early on.

They're trying to play a million miles an hour on offense. Kyrie starts possession 2 with an iso 3. And why they throw Jr Smith out there to start. I really really hate this strategy. Slow the offense down. Run it through lebron. Delly and shumpert need a ton of minutes as defensive chasers. Ugh.

You can definitely tell there is a big difference in defense between OKC and the Cavs

There shouldn't be. Lues refusal to play shumpert and Delly is ridiculous. He wants to outgun golden state. Horrible strategy.

What is LeBron doing passing the ball to Love with 5 seconds on the shot clock?

It's been amazing the drop-off from Blatt to Lue on defense. The Cavs were the #1 ranked playoff defense last year. Hard to believe. He had even Kyrie playing defense.

This looks a lot easier for the Warriors than the Thunders games were. It's an amazing contrast.

The Cavs are down 2.

Unlike the Thunder, the Cavs will play a fourth quarter

Yes, the Finals last year were similar to the OKC/GSW series in that they made it difficult for the Warriors to get into what they wanted consistently. It wasn't the fireworks show you see with most GSW games.

Already seeing a big difference with shumpert on D. I just don't get what Lue is doing. Last year, they loaded up on D and let lebron iso to slow the ball down.

Did you miss the fact that, against the Thunder, the Warriors were almost always down throughout the game going into the 4th? Cavs haven't held a lead yet and Warriors are getting what they want with their first unit with little resistance while being capable of stopping the Cavs on their own end.
