Tigers get Price. Royals get Jack Shit.

Tigers tighten hold on division with a blockbuster trade.

http://sports.yahoo.com/news/tigers-...204522907.html

In other baseball news..

Royals get Jack Shit-hope for the best. Decide 2nd or 3rd for the next ten years is not too bad-after all they are still making a profit.

So who is jumping off the Royals bandwagon now?

Not a coincidence at all when the biggest rally killer on the team is out and Butler can play every day and get into a groove.

I think you ride the streak- but they bring Hos back anyways and he goes what 2-11 so far? But that is the brilliance of Ned-always stepping on his own dick but wins anyways.

Gordon won't win the MVP- but he is having an outstanding year.

These next five games will show if the Royals are for real. Shutting down the yanks was a great start!

Did you ever get the stain out of your red zipper jacket? I always thought you looked good in that.

I think Erica's had a couple hits since he returned but nothing memorable I can recall. He's made a few nice picks at 1B on grounders. (The Cleveland debacle Sunday night proves how valuable a non-reeruned 1B can be)

This 6-game stretch is the most important road stretch we've played since 1989. If we can just win 2/5 we would split and I'd be thrilled. Hopefully the Red Sox and White Sox will be indifferent when they come to the K.

Price gave up 4 runs in the first inning and lost the game for the Tigers 5 to 4 today.
