extremely tragic. My heart goes out to him, he's had to deal with a lot of death in his life and now he has to bury his son. How someone could beat a child like that, especially an infant is just beyond my scope of comprehension. I hope the killer suffers in prison and dies there.

REGARDLESS of anything, to do that to a young child is ****ing evil. Plain and simple, its unfortunate, but to blame AP is insane. I dont know all the detail and im sure they will come out, until then the only person i can criticize is the person who did the evil act.

A 2012 arrest for aggravated assault was also dismissed by a prosecutor. Patterson has served time in jail for Eluding officers in 2010. He was also sentenced to five days in jail after pleading guilty to simple assault last year.

I feel more horrible for the child. Not AP. He probably will be over it soon. He wasn't even in that child's life, and if he ever did know about that kid, he let himself forget. His biological father, but not his dad.
