That was THE. WORST. two-minute offense I've ever seen.

Worst. Absolutely ridiculous.

Difference between the WRs last year? Dexter McCluster. He was just fine with them last year. If anything....it should be better because he has another off season of working with them.

Yeah and did you all watch Brady on Sunday? My God - now THAT is how it's done via his quick release - why can't you teach that to Alex? - doesn't even matter we beat them now - we were frauds and no one had realized it until roughly 2/3 into seas. Now they've seen just how bad we really are. It was a living lie there for a bit.

Blitz came from the top, right through McGlynn. Receiver wide open in vacant area where he came from.

I have confidence the coaching staff can and will point this stuff out to him when they review film.... I hope.

But when does it start making a difference? If you show him over and over again and nothing changes.......what do you do? They aren't going to bench him and teams will continue to blitz him because he can't handle it and react.

What QB from pee-wee football onward doesn't know to look for an open receiver in the direction of the blitz?

I'm just trying to be optimistic here, buddy. It's a fact that we are stuck with Alex through the four year extension, and its going to be a long four years if he doesn't wake up.

My only glimmer of hope is that Reid is trying to force Smith to throw down the field more. Smith is showing that he either can't or he won't.....and then Reid/Dorsey will just cut him after this season.

Yeah.....I'm dumb. I know.
