Keep in mind that you're a novice lifter for a longer period of time than you think you are. Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started.

Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. Find it HERE:

If you're a very advanced lifter (many, many years of CONSISTENT weight training), then there are lot of programs out there, and which one you pick is simply a matter of preference. If you're really that advanced, you should know what works for you and what doesn't by this point.

Why?

Doctor prescribed or out of some schmucks fanny pack in the gym parking lot, getting on the gear is still cheating.

And you know you are on it for lifting, not because you are so ****ing low in test that you are in a life threatening situation.

I don't get it.

And that's not possible without gear?

Just curious.

I mean if you have to have that and the gear is the only way to do it, then I guess you do it. But it seems to me that that is the exact result you get just by going to the gym and working out anyway.

Because low T, even still in range but lower third, ruins your body physically and mentally.

It enhances the work you put in. Not sure I would refer to TRT as "gear" either.

And that I understand, but to intentionally bring your T levels down prior to a visit to the doc in order to get on it to help you get jacked is cheating. And that's what everyone here is doing. Yeah, I get that it's the Fitness thread, but isn't getting your test pumped up for the sole purpose of getting you pumped up a cheat?
