I know some people love them but I can't for the life of me understand why.

Plus, on renting, I can't beat a game in less than a month. Sometimes longer. Just don't have that kind of time. EDIT Definitely willing to give it a try, if you are willing to part with it for a week or so. A year from now that is.

I am the same way. If I am going to spend money on a game it is going to be for a full out purchase. To me, renting is a waste of money.

Especially if it's renting a title that you want to buy. Games are around $9 to rent? I haven't rented a game in about 5 years. My current roommate is a manager at a local Hollywood Video

The co-opt in Fable II isn't very good. And it isn't really because of the problems most people are complaining about; the camera or the fact that you have to play as a henchman. The gameplay in Fable just isn't built for multiplayer. Most of the game is about exploring, doing quests, or other simulation type stuff; things that just don't translate well into multiplayer. There isn't a whole lot of combat in Fable, and for the most part its very easy. There really isn't anything to do in co-opt.

The only thing about Fable 2 that really sucks is the map - it doesn't stay in the corner of the screen like the original and is only visible in the map menu, where it's pretty small (even with a big TV) and basically useless. But the light trail nearly makes up for it.

I'm gonna have to pick up Fable 2.
My favorite games on platforms always tend to be RPGS SNES: FF II and III Xbox: KOTOR 360: Mass Effect
