I'm pretty sure I know what I'm talking about. If I'm a creditor of a business that files Chapter 11 bankruptcy, it can take months or even years for me to receive payment. I'm quite certain most creditors aren't happy about that.

Well, in all fairness, the Republicans voted and nominated Donald Trump to be their party's nominee for POTUS.

Hillary, on the other hand, was gifted her nomination by the Democratic Party.

The DNC opted to have what amounted to a dog and pony show of a primary election process by dissuading or collaborating against any competent challengers to Hillary and, even then, still had to have help with the super delegate system to shut down an avowed independent who was for some reason allowed to run as a Democrat.

The GOP on the other hand finally had their chickens come home to roost in finding out that catering to Bible Thumpers and other extreme social conservatives isn't exactly going to produce a candidate that appeals to moderates due to the primaries being a contest to see who can pander to the base more successfully than the other guy. And then, the GOP wasn't smart enough to collude against the candidate who isn't actually Republican.

If we learned anything, primaries need to go the **** away.

So a business filing chapter 11 to restructure their debt is a sign that that particular business is in great financial shape? I even stated that filing Chapter 11 doesn't signify failure. I'm not sure what your problem is with that statement.

I've worked in corporate America for over 20 years and have risen to what some would consider high ranking positions in a few corporations. I know what I'm talking about.
