The guy had to take over after Andrew Luck left. Can you imagine the pressure that brings? His first year starting he won Stanford the Rose Bowl. That's damn impressive.
Then he leads them to the Rose Bowl 2 more times and has a higher QBR than Andrew Luck did when he was at Stanford.

The kid is smart, is a leader, read defenses from under center and was 16-6 against top 25 teams.

These teams and analysts are so ****ing dumb to take a Cutler-esque inaccurate loser like Connor Cook, a Tebow-esque spread only QB who gets a DUI in Dak Prescott and a highly inaccurate Tyler Bray clone in Christian Hackenberg over this kid.
It makes no sense.

Agree with all except the bolded. If this were the 2015 draft and he declared, I would agree. Dak did make excellent strides to become a well rounded QB last season. The DUI was stupid as ****, and probably cost him good money from the lower draft slot... but as a legit QB.. his progress was impressive.

That said I do like him as a b/u prospect more than TylIR Bray or Murray....

I watched a few games of his in college and I watched about the same amount of games of Kirk Cousins.

I don't see a whole lot of difference between the 2.

1)Aren't highlight reels supposed to get you, you know, excited about a player?

I like some of Hogans game but his 3rd down conversion rate was terrible. Leads me to believe he's a developmental backup.
