What's your perfect hamburger?

What are some food items that make the perfect burger?

Mayo
Lettuce
Tomatoe
Fried egg
Bacon
Sautéed onion and mushrooms
Pepper jack cheese
Guacamole/slices of avocado

These 8 items IMO make the best burger. If you have a different meat other than ground beef please feel free to share.

Here it is

Construction
