They had an all-you-can eat day at McD's here in Tucson back in the early 90's while I was in college. We went out one night to see who could win. I remember eating 10 of their basic cheesburgers and a large fry and a chicken nugget (6 piece?).

It was disgusting.

I've eaten six KFC Buffalo snackers in one go. Twice. After the first two, you're thinking "yeah, this shit's awesome!" But then after the third and fourth, you're thinking "WHY AM I DOING THIS TO MYSELF?!?!" After the fifth, you contemplate suicide. But then you think to yourself "GODDAMMIT, I AM GOING TO EAT THIS LAST KFC BUFFALO SNACKER IF IT KILLS ME." (Which it might.) So you suffer your way through the sixth one and go home to immediately collapse on the couch and sleep for three to four hours.

First year of college and I pissed away my entire first semester food money on beer and booze within the first two weeks. By week four, I was starving. Perhaps literally. I must have ate four pizzas by myself, and kept jamming them in the pie hole as they brought them out...

I ate a huge piece of chicken but found out it was really a turtle when the shell got stuck in my teeth.

Followed that with a glass of bass made from my new bass-o-matic.

How long ago was Griff's still in the KC area? Used to be able to buy a sack of burgers there for 3 bucks. I would swing by Admiral or was in Independence Ave on way home from work. Get home in easy chair and proceed to feed my face.

In HS we would head to In A Tub on N. Oak get 6 hot and a burrito chilli and cheese with a big ass root beer. That was a gut buster of grease but oh so freaking good.
