Not likely.

Kaaya looked the part of a good QB until he was required to actually do something... i.e. move in the pocket, avoid pressure, throw against the blitz, etc.

That's probably why he dropped to the 7th round of last year's NFL Draft and has been released four times since been drafted.

Obviously Rosier isn't the answer, but neither was Kaaya.
