They gotta prove it.

Doesn’t matter what you or I assume… the burden of proof requirement is to show beyond a reasonable doubt that Rashee was the driver of the vehicle when it crashed.

When it involves guns, likely intoxication, and leaving the scene of an accident you caused when there are possible injuries, yes, it does. At this point we’ll never likely definitively know whether there were guns in that bag or if they were under the influence, but there’s also no reason to not believe the eye witness accounts that mentioned the guns, and if these dudes weren’t on something when this all went down I’d be surprised considering how quickly they all got the **** outta there.

They already have the information I’m sure.

Regardless, it’s obvious he was truly driving. If he wasn’t they would have said so. All this is now us us waiting to get the clarification the police are already sitting on. Anyone holding out hope they can’t prove it is just engaging in wishful thinking.

Still don’t see this amounting to anything overly too bad for him even with him driving without them somehow showing he was intoxicated. That’s the much more debatable point that would actually significantly change things for him.

The same Rashee who just received an award from the team last week?

The same Rashee who is voluntarily spending his vacation time working out with Mahomes and Hollywood Brown?

Yeah definitely not a “team player”.

There are no eye witness accounts about any of that. Those people are just assuming because of their behavior in leaving.

Bottom line is that we’re all biased towards the likely facts of all of this because we don’t want Rashee Rice to leave the Chiefs because of how good he is. Would the same defense be applied to Kadarius Toney, Skyy Moore, Justyn Ross, or Justin Watson? Last thing I want to see if the Chiefs parting ways with Rice because of all of this.

Thanks for pointing this out. It’s what makes it even more disheartening because I thought he was a good dude that wouldn’t do this kinda shit. I’m sure you did too.

You mean the witness that said the cars were stolen no way cause they could not afford them? Just wow.

One of the witnesses is on the recording saying they took guns out of the vehicle. Did they? No idea, but that sure would explain why one dude is way in front carrying a bag apart from the rest of them.
