They cant be all stars everywhere, there is more then enough talent on that team for them to be dominating the east.

Don't know how you put that on Brooks tonight. He sucks, but this roster (outside of Russ and KD) is garbage.

Stop. Ibaka is a very good player, Adams in a nice young center, Jackson is very talented and has played well in the past and even their young guys have shown flashes. Are all of those guys playing well consistently? Nope. But the coach has to take responsibility for some of that. It's his job to put them in the best position to succeed and to pull the best out of each guy.

The coach should take a LOT of responsibility, as I noted (he sucks). But losing to the Rockets like that goes much further than coaching.

Except that the talent in the paint is horrendous... Mozgov might help somewhat. The talent defending the wing is horrendous. Shumpert should help there. The talent in general on the bench is horrendous.

No matter who is coaching, you have those 3 major problems to contend with. And you have a big 3 that doesn't fit that well together. Blatt has done a shitty job coaching, but the love trade basically ****ed the cavs from getting the talent they actually needed.

It's hilarious how this board hates guys like LeBron and Peyton.

Can't argue with most of this, but there's no way this big 3 shouldn't fit incredibly well offensively. Two really good shooters (Love hasn't been great so far), two guys who are solid post up guys, all three can pass and they all have basketball intelligence (even though Kyrie is a bit too much shoot first). I have to think by the end of the season, they'll at least be a good offensive team.

Lebron is obviously an all time great, but he seems to be a bit of a headcase.

I don't think this Cavs team ever wins anything substantial.

However, maybe I should delete that last thread.

Lebron locked in playing with alot of effort tonight. Cavs look good.

It's hard to explain. But on Monday without Kevin Love in the 4th quarter and today a full game without Kevin Love, the Cavs played much better. Not just fit... but with a lot more energy and hustle. During the losing streak, it was appalling how many times you'd see players lazily go after rebounds. Never see players hit the floor. It's hard to explain because it's not just Love.

Today was the first time it looked like the offense played unselfish and that everyone was satisfied with their touches.

Or maybe it's not. Rubio's questioned his leadership. I wonder if his attitude might suck too. Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but it does seem like the Cavs have been trying to teach him a lesson the past week or so. I almost wonder how much of the negative locker room chatter traces back to him.

I'm excited to see what Shumpart adds to the team. Mozgov was a huge need and I just hope everyone stays healthy now and everything continues to start gelling more. Excited to go the the Cavs T-Wolves game!

dont matter, should still be a more dominating team. People used to give Kobe shit all the time after the Shaq fiasco and how he could barely squeek into the play offs when he had no one but Lamar Odom and Kwame Brown! as his big 3. lol

They are in the east, they should be at least 10 games over .500 this late into the season. There is more then they dont work well together going here.

Who gives a shit about LeBron? The Hawks have won 26 of their last 28, including 12 in a row. And they've got a 12 game road streak going...

They are fun to watch.

There's a lot going on here. First of all, Lebron wasn't Lebron until 2 games ago. He looks like a different player since he treated his back. Second... a problem I pointed out before, there's a huge attitude issue. Hopefully that's getting fixed. But it's mostly a bunch of grown men acting like children. Which is again one of the things that really bothers me about Lebron. As a superstar, he has to be above that but he's the ringleader of it. They're running their own plays instead of listening to the coach, they don't hustle... ever, they play really, really lousy defense.

All I know is, the Cavs that showed up against the Clippers... best performance we've seen all season. And it was a game they played without Kevin Love. Until they figure out why, Love is a part of the problem.
