Oh man! Lamburgers are to die for especially topped with soft cheval ( goat cheese) roasted red blanced peppers ( or pickled) and arugula. Can even add Satziki or have it on the side. Just wonderful. Some mix lamburgers with a bit of ground beef too.

Carne asada tacos with cilantro, hot red salsa and diced onions. Makes the beer even better.

Even the onions are there as much for their steam as their flavor.

That looks incredible, 3 simple ingredients in a corn shell can be so amazing... used to practically live on those, used to go buy 20 for $10.

What happened to the Lamb chop in America. When I grew up it was a staple on the table. We had at least once a week. Mom told me the reason was it was even cheaper than Pork chops then. Hell now It can be hard to even find in a grocery.

Rare find here, that pack was only 6 bucks .. I think these were loin chops.. Probably a cheaper cut than the normal chops that look like they are on a stick.

I go to this Mexican joint and buy the asada meat unseasoned. I season and chop it up myself. Cooked on the stove until slightly crispy. Best stuff ever man.
