Seems like this deserves its own thread. The news will start coming fast over the next week or two, IMO. Recruiting is a 365-day event and we can't afford to be rudderless for long.

im not mad about the hire, it couldve been better but i think haith is a guy who could if he is successful,,, stick around for more than 10 years,,, one thing id like to know is how much mizzou is going to pay him with his initial contract.

I feel bad for Tigers fans. Holy ****ing god, I can't imagine a worse hire. It's truly a hire that there's no defense for.

So the goal is to get a mediocre coach to stick around for a while?

What does it matter what they are paying him? Why do fans of collegiate sports, or even pro sports for that matter, give a flying **** how much a coach is being paid?
